  Stopped going there 1. when they did not do the required pre procedure work with the ins.co. 2. this Dr. does not believe in Fibromyalgia 3. They do not send out bills, so even paying our out of pocket, we were not told we had a bill until they yelled at us about owing money for the procedure that never was pre approved by ins.4. His PA, in a filthy lab coat, and looking like he got into the opioids, talked more about his upcoming camping trip to a music festival, than how my pain was.
